New Year’s Eve Event | 31 December 2009 | Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney
Private event for 80 guests to celebrate the end of this decade and see in 2010. For the third time DJ:Plus! Entertainment has been privileged to have been selected to provide the entertainment for this event. Held biennially, the Cambridge Rooms located on the 3rd floor of the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney was once again selected as the venue. The Cambridge Rooms overlooks the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and city skyline – a perfect venue to view both the 9.00pm and midnight New Year’s Eve fireworks display.
The theme for the 2009 NYE celebration was “Awaken The Spirit” and all Sydneysiders were encouraged to wear a touch of blue. The fireworks were synchronised to a soundtrack featuring music from movies and pop songs.
Guests at the event enjoyed a fabulous buffet, fireworks and dancing into the early hours – a fun time for all. The event was hosted by a very prominent business executive. To respect wishes for privacy, there are no photographs or videos in this post which depict any guests at this event. It was certainly a great honour to be asked to provide the entertainment for this celebration once again.
